Jordan Vauvert

How can I put this? It's like getting fist fucked by pure misanthropy. This is the kind of black metal that carves a bold line between pure, distilled hatred & the ass-clowns in the genre that seem only to like dressing up & jacking off to an orchestra. I don't even give a shit that this album is 2 years old..it's my #1 of 2018! bald-rob

Don't get me wrong. This is really good and everything is on point. But I'm just kind of confused about the huge elephant in the room regarding the band's name. Seriously? Like how is this not going to get mixed up with THE Leviathan? The Jef Whitehead 20+ year beast? I mean... what's next - "THE BTLS", "MTRHD" or maybe "VN HLN?" Music like this needs a less obvious touchpoint. Because as much as I like "Eradication of Nescience" - it's now begging to be compared to "Scar Sighted." Aka ... GTFO. bcb723
